Introduction

Creamy tomato sauce delicious on noodles, or even on chicken or swiss steak. Creamy tomato sauce delicious on noodles, or even on chicken or swiss steak.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beed
    1 cup onion chopped
    2 tsp garlic
    3 tbsp flour
    1/2 cup milk
    1 can tomatoes in herbs and spices
    3 tsp packed brown sugar
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

If your not a sweet fan, don't add the brown sugar, or add different flavoured tomatoes to change it up!


Directions

brown beef with onions, add garlic and cook for a minute. Add flour and cook for 2 minutes, add milk, bring to a boil letting milk thicken, add tomatoes and bring to a simmer. Add brown sugar and salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
