Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Fresh Ground Chicken (4 oz. before cooking), 32 oz
    Basil, 4 tbsp
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 4 tbsp
    *Chilli Garlic Sauce, 5 tsp
    *chilli pepper or crushed pepper, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    *Tamari Gluten Free Soy Sauce, reduced sodium, 3 tbsp
    Garlic, 8 cloves

Tips

serve with rice or side of veggies. It can be eaten like a lettuce wrap too.


Directions

First take a wide vessel..
put the olive oil in it and once its hot, add chopped garlic and chili peppers and then add the chicken along with eveyrthing else except the basil. Once the chicken is 3/4 done, add the basil leaves..and cook till its done..
I make it spicy so the chilli sauce can be adjusted...

Serving Size: makes 6 good sized or 8 small portions
