Introduction

I love this at Boston Market. Here is my homemade version. I love this at Boston Market. Here is my homemade version.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Fresh Dill, 2 TBS
    Red Potatoes, 4 oz total
    Garlic 1/2 tsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tsp
    Butter, 1/4 TBS
    Salt to taste (I put 1 dash into recipe)

Directions


Quarter the potatoes and cook until tender but firm. Mix together all the other ingredients. Carefully toss together with the potatoes. Enjoy!
