Irresistible Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

3/4 c creamy peanut butter
1/2 c crisco shortening
1 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
3 Tbsp milk
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1 3/4 cup flour
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking soda
Tips
This made 3 dozen total. If you over bake they become crunchy.
Directions
Combine peanut butter, shortening, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl.
Add egg and beat
Combine flour, salt and baking soda and mix well.
Each cookie requires just under 1/8 cup of dough..
Roll each and mash with a fork dipped in sugar.
Bake 375 degrees 8-10 minutes
