Pumpkin-Raisin Bread

This is a moist, spicy treat that says "fall" to me and my family! I usually add protein powder to my baked goods, to help balance out the carbs; you can just leave it out if you want to. Ingredients
-
4 large eggs
1 c unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp vanilla extract
15 oz can pumpkin puree
2/3 c. water
3 c whole wheat flour
1 c granulated sugar
1/2 c Splenda brown sugar blend
2 scoops Pure Protein Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 c raisins
Tips
Walnuts or pecans make a nice addition, if you're okay with the extra (healthy) fat and calories!
Directions
In a large bowl, mix together wet ingredients. In a small bowl, mix together dry ingredients; add to dry mixture and stir together until just blended. Stir in raisins. Pour into two loaf pans sprayed with non-stick olive oil spray; bake for 35-40 min at 350 F until tooth pick comes out clean. Remove from oven and let sit for ten minutes, then remove from pans and cool completely on wire rack.
Cut each loaf into 12 slices using a serrated knife.
