one pot spaghetti

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/2 lb. italian sausage
    1/4 cup finely chopped onions
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1.5 oz uncooked spaghetti noodles broken into 1 inch pieces
    1/2 tsp. dried parsley
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1-16 oz. tomatoes- diced
    1-8 oz. tomatoe sauce
    1.5 Tbsp. beef broth
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1.5 Tbsp. sherrded parmesean cheese

Directions

Saute sausage, onions and garlic until sausage is cooked thru(5-7 min.)
Stir in spaghetti,parsely,basil,tomatoes,tomato sauce,beef broth and sugar.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat:cover and simmer for 20 min. or until spaghetti is tender.
sprinkle w/ parmesean cheese

Serving Size: makes 2 servings
