Wheat Free Apple Walnut Bread

Introduction

2 cups ground almonds
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 TBSP ground flaxseed
2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 TBSP ground Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp Ground Sea Salt
1 cup Organic unsweetened Applesauce
2 eggs
1/2 cup Coconut oil (melted)
1/4 cup Sour Cream or Coconut Milk
2 cups ground almonds
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 TBSP ground flaxseed
2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 TBSP ground Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp Ground Sea Salt
1 cup Organic unsweetened Applesauce
2 eggs
1/2 cup Coconut oil (melted)
1/4 cup Sour Cream or Coconut Milk

Tips

This is a wheat free, gluten free receipe.
Can top with butter, peanut butter, cream cheese


Directions

Preheat oven to 325
Grease a 9 X 5 loaf pan with coconut oil (well oiled)
Mix all dry ingredients
Mix all wet ingredients
Mix wet into dry ingredients. Mixture will be think.
Pour into well greased loaf pan
Bake for 40 minutes or until knife inserted in middle of loaf comes our clean.
Allow hot pan to cook for 20 minutes before turning over and removing from pan. Be care because this bread WILL crumble, so handle carefully.
