Chicken Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

    10 oz. baked chicken breast cut up
    16 oz. chicken broth
    8 oz. vegetable broth
    1/2 cup diced onion
    1 cup frozen peas
    3/4 cut diced carrot
    1 Tbsp garlic powder
    1 tsp salt
    1Tbsp poultry seasoning
    1 tsp pepper
    1 - 11/2 cups enriched egg noodles



Directions

Bake chicken breasts in 350 degree oven for approx. 2 hours. While these are cooking, put all other ingredients - except noodles - into a 6 quart pot ans simmer for 1 hour.

Cook egg noodles and place into pot.

When chicken is cooked ans cool enough to handle, cut up and place in pot.

Allow all ingredients to simmer for 30 - 40 minutes before serving.

Makes approximately 10 - 12 servings
