Ingredients

    1 lb sausage
    1 lb ham
    2 onions
    3 carrots
    4-5 stalks celery
    2 TBS butter
    1/4 cup flour
    8 cups chicken stock
    7 medium potatoes diced
    3 cups fat free half and half

Directions

cook sausage. dice ham and veggies. cook until onions start to become clear. add butter and flour. cook for a few minutes. add chicken stock and potatoes. boil until potatoes are tender. turn flame off and add half and half.
