drain two cans of tuna (in water) and crumble in a bowl, add 1 cup of diced fresh tomatoes, 1/2 cup diced olives, 1/2 cup raw onions. Salt, pepper and garlic to taste. Add about 5 teaspoons of Balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar.
I put this on a low-fat wrap and its a great filling lunch with low calories and low fat
