Introduction

Nutty Crunchy and just enough zing to get everyone at the table saying... MMMMore please! Nutty Crunchy and just enough zing to get everyone at the table saying... MMMMore please!

Ingredients

    2 Medium Yellow Squash chopped
    1/2 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
    4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
    1 tbsp dried or fresh basil
    2 tbsp french fried onions (like French's)
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

Preheat oven to 350*. Place all ingredients in small casserole dish and mix well. Cover and place in oven for 20 minutes or until squash is soft, uncover and continue heating for 5 minuets (this will make onions crispy). makes 4 servings.
