Banana and Cucumber Salad

Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Banana.sliced
    300grams of cucumber,sliced
    1 tbsn Soy Citrus seasoning (Ponzu,Kikkoman)
    4 tbsns Seasoned Rice Vinegar
    1 tsp Red Pepper
    1 tbsp Peanut Butter
    Salt and pepper to taste
    If you have Cirantro or dill , makes it even better.

Directions

Lay paper towel over a strainer .
Put sliced cucumber ,sprinkle salt ,set a side

In a bowl,mix all the other ingridients ,wisk until all mixed .
Slice banana and put in the sauce.

Squeeze excess water from cucumber ,using that paper towel you have laid under,and put cucumber in the bowl.mix all togerther .

50 to 70 grams per serving .
Serves 5.
