Ingredients

    1 can Del Monte Summer Crisp corn
    1 can black beans
    1 small red onion, chopped fine
    Juice of 1 lemon
    2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
    Salt, pepper and cumin to taste

Drain corn, drain and rinse beans, combine with onions in bowl. Add olive oil, lemon juice and seasonings, mix well. Cover and refrigerate.
