Turkey Chili

Ingredients

32 oz Jennie O Ground Turkey
1 Chopped Onion
3 Diced Garlic Cloves
2 Cans Petite Diced Tomatoes(14 oz)
1 Can Tomatoe Sauce (28oz)
1 Can Diced Green Chilis
5-6 TBSP Chili Powder
1 TBSP Cumin Powder
1 TBSP Paprika
2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 Can Goya White Beans or Cannellini Beans
1 Diced Red Bell Pepper
1-2 TBSP Extra Virgin Olice Oil
Tips
I use Roasted Cumin Powder instead of regular Cumin Powder and I also add 1 tsp of Smoked Paprika.
To lower sodium intake use No Salt Added diced tomatoes and /or No Salt Added tomato sauce.
Directions
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil till onion is soft,about 3-5 minutes. Add turkey and cook until no longer pink.
Add dry ingrediants together and mix into the turkey. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes, stir a few times.
Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and green chilis to pot. Stir to combine ingrediants and simmer, covered about 5 minutes.
Add chopped red peppers and beans. Stir to combine and simmer, covered 10 minutes.
