Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Cups Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa
    5 Stalks of Celery chopped
    1 cup Mushrooms sliced
    1 cup Carrots chopped
    1 cup Onions chopped
    4 tsp Knorr Chicken Broth Mix
    4 cups boiling water
    2 tsp margarine


Tips

You can substitute quinoa for rice in this receipe.


Directions

In a 2.3L pyrex dish, put vegetables and margarine in the microwave for 5 minutes.

Incorporate quinoa, boiling water and chicken broth, cook for 20 minutes uncovered.
