IntroductionGreat as a side dish for dinner or a light lunch. Great as a side dish for dinner or a light lunch.
1 pkg thin pasta
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 to 1 tsp ginger root, minced
1 tbsp Tahini
1/4 cup soy sauce or Tamari
1/4 cup sesame oil, toasted
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1-3 tbsp cilantro, chopped
Remove from heat, drain, rinse in cold water, drain.
Mix tahini, soy and sesame, garlic, and ginger.
Add to pasta.
Add cilantro and onion.
Serve cold or at room temperature.
