1 lb ground turkey cooked
1 bag of frozen hashbrowns
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can evaporated milk
1 can cream of chicken
pepper to taste
optional: onions and green pepper chopped (not figured into caloric content)
Cover with hasbrowns. Mix soup & milk together.
Pour over top. Bake at 350 for 1 Hour.
