Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    1 cup oats
    1 cup flour
    15 g vanilla sugar (or normal sugar)
    0.5 cup cocao unsweetened
    3 scoops chocolate protein powder
    3.5 tbsp natural peanut butter
    1 egg
    0.2 cup liquid egg whites
    1 cup nonfat milk
    3 bananas (ripe)
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Tips

(Bananas added make muffins moist. wrap in seran and refrigerate after the cool down)


Directions

Mix all ingredients together, starting with all dry and adding the wet ones. Mix well. Fill about 1.5 tbsp of mix per muffin mould. Makes about 15 muffins. Cook for 15 minutes in over (about 170 Celcius). Enjoy!

Serving Size: makes 15 muffins (regular tray size)
