    * Rhutabega (cubed)
    * Onions, raw
    * Whole Wheat Flour
    * Celery (chopped)
    * Garlic powder
    * Pepper, black
    * Olive Oil
    * Flax seed
    * low sodium chicken or vegetable broth

    sautee onion and celery, add rhutabega cook 5 minutes. add flour and flax see and coat. Add broth and boil. Simmer.
