Cauliflower Leeks Garlic Chicken or vegetable broth Butter Olive Oil
Cut Leeks and cauliflower into small pieces. Mince garlic. Heat oil and butter in pan. Add leeks, cauliflower and garlic. Cook on medium for 10 minutes. Add broth (chicken or vegetable). Bring to a boil, then simmer 30 minutes. Puree soup. Salt/Pepper to taste. Serve.
