Spicy Avocado Cabbage Slaw

Introduction

Ingredients

    4 cups shredded cabbage
    2 Haas avocados
    1 T olive oil
    1t lime Juice
    1/2 t lemon Juice
    1 t ground cumin
    1/2 t cayenne pepper
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Place all ingredients except cabbage into a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth. Place shredded cabbage into a bowl, pour avocado mixture on top and mix completely. Serve with Southwestern Turkey Sliders.
