Apple Cinnamon Morning Oats

Ingredients

    1 C steel cut oats, dry
    1.5 C vanilla almond milk, unsweetened
    1.5 C water
    2 T cinnamon
    3 C fresh or frozen apples

Directions

Place all ingredients in the crock pot and stir. Set on low and cook overnight (10-12 hours).
