Introduction

A simple & tasty dish! My husband created the sauce... he's quite innovative when it comes to healthy cooking! A simple & tasty dish! My husband created the sauce... he's quite innovative when it comes to healthy cooking!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    8 oz Whole wheat spaghetti style pasta (dry)
    10 oz package Mixed Vegetables, frozen
    12 oz Shrimp, cooked
    2 cup Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup
    2 tbsp Honey Barbeque Sauce
    2 oz. Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original
    1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Steam vegetables and shrimp (tails removed) until heated through. Combine mushroom soup, BBQ sauce, and almond milk in a saucepan. Heat & stir occasionally until heated through. Serve pasta, vegetables & shrimp topped with sauce and parmesan cheese. Season with salt & pepper as desired.
