Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 and 1/2 cups of diced cooked ham
    1 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup sliced green onions
    1/2 peeled diced small granny smith apple
    1/2 cup of CarbQuick low carb baking mix
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    dash of salt
    2 eggs

Tips

If you don't have the CARBQUICK lowcarb baking mix, you can substitue Bisquick, but the carb count will be higher.


Directions

1. Heat the oven to 400*F. Spray a 9" pie place with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle the ham, cheese, onion, and apple into the pie plate
2. In a medium bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients.
3.Bake, uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean Let sit 5 minutes before serving. Makes 8 slices/servings
