Chicken & Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

    1 lb chicken breast, boneless & skinless
    2 cups chopped fresh broccoli
    1.5 cups cream of chicken soup (1 can)
    1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shreadded
    1 tbs fresh Basil (1 tsp dried basil)
    1 tsp garlic powder
    2 cups cooked rice
    1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs

Directions

Combine all ingredients except for Panko in a 8x8 baking dish, or two 4x8 foil dishes if you want to freeze half of it.
(If you want to freeze any of the recipe, cover it now and place in the freezer. Thaw before cooking.)

Add Panko just before cooking. Cook at 350-degrees for 30 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 4 1-1/2 cup servings
