10 jalapeno peppers, cut in half
1/2 package of cream cheese
4 oz of shredded pepperjack cheese (or any other cheese you prefer)
It's fun to change the recipe too--feel free to add tomatoes or ham/bacon or anything else to the cheese mixture. Or if you don't like things as spicy, use other peppers.
Oils from jalapenos can make the skin feel like it is burning--you may wish to wear gloves while handling raw peppers. I also leave the stems on to give something to grab/hold while eating since we normally make these with other finger food.
