Mexican Style Corn Dip

Introduction

A friend gave me this recipe and I trimmed it down to be less fat and calories. A friend gave me this recipe and I trimmed it down to be less fat and calories.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    3 11 oz cans Mexi-Corn, drained
    4 cups 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 cup Fat Free Sour Cream
    1/2 cup Lite Mayo
    1 garlic clove, finely minced
    1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies, drained
    2 ounces diced jalapenos, drained (half of a 4 oz can, add more if you'd like)
    1 tsp Cilantro
    2 -3 green onions, chopped, to taste
    1 tsp Tarragon
    1/4 tsp Chili Powder
    1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
    1/8 tsp Smoked Paprika
    a few splashes of Tabasco to liking

Directions

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together

Serving Size: Makes about 20 1/2 cup servings
