Parsley, 1 tbsp(remove)
Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 tbsp(remove)
Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 1 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16")(remove)
Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 oz(remove)
Garlic, 5 grams(remove)
Butter, salted, 1 grams(remove)

Directions

Cook potato in oven for 1 hour on slow .
grate carrot and cabbage ( I use red cabbage).Chop parsley and corianda then split the cooked potato and fill with ther est of the ingrediants .
