Introduction

Simple white bread. Simple white bread.

Ingredients

    Just bread flour, yeast, salt, and water.

Tips

May want to let bread rise in the oven with the oven light on if your house is cool.
Also, dust bottom of dutch oven with corn meal to prevent sticking.


Directions

Mix ingredients. Let sit for 12 hours to rise.
Preheat oven with dutch oven inside to 485 degrees.
Bake bread in covered dutch oven for 28-30 minutes.
