2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 (6-oz) salmon fillets (about 1 inch thick)
2. Combine first 7 ingredients and stir well with a whisk.
3. Place fillets on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Brush with honey mixture; cook 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting frequently with money mixture.
