Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    2.5 lb bag frozen chicken breast
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    6 oz pkg 2% Swiss Cheese (6 slices)
    1 can 98% FF Cream of Chicken
    2 cups herb bread stuffing
    2 tbsp Brummel and Brown Spread

Directions

Slices breasts in half (butterflying style) and then cut into bite size pieces; place in pan. Salty and pepper chicken to taste.

Layer cheese over chicken. Spread soup over cheese.

Melt Brummel and Brown in microwave safe dish (I use a Pyrex glass 4 cup measuring cup so I can measure stuffing after butter melts). Stir stuffing into butter and use a fork to fold stuffing into butter; spread on top of soup.

Bake @ 350 COEVERED for 20 minutes, then uncovered for 30-40 minutes
