Introduction

Ingredients

    Pizza Sauce, 1/3 cup
    Extra Lean Ground Pork, 5 oz
    Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, 3 slice, large
    *Boar's Head Pepperoni, 1 oz, sliced or quartered
    *Kraft Mexican Style 4 Cheese Blend, 5 oz

Tips

Many times, Pizza will slide off parchment paper onto floor if tilted. Pizza will also firm up when it gets cold, allowing easier handling.

Add any of your favorite pizza toppings....the variations are endless.

Directions

Preheat oven to 450F.
Place parchment paper on pizza pan. Fold under or cut the parchement paper so none hangs over.

Place 1/3 cup pizza sauce on paper and spread in a circular pattern to about medium pizza size.

add mushrooms, onion, pork on top of sauce. Top with shredded cheese. Add Pepperoni.

Place in oven and allow to cook for 25 minutes or so - until cheese is bubbling and slightly browned.

Serving Size: 1/2 a pizza is one serving
