Introduction

from the back of the package of lentils from the back of the package of lentils
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    1 c lentils, 2 med onions, 4 cloves garlic, 1 T olive oil, 1 bouillion cube, spices and herbs

Directions

Saute chopped onions in oil until soft, add crushed garlic, curry powder, saute for another minute. Add 3.5 c broth, plus 5c plain water, rice and lentils. Simmer 30 min, add tomato and remaining herbs and spices, simmer 10 min.

Serving Size: 12 servings of 1/2 cup
