Tinfoil hamburger Potato and Carrot Dinner

Just like we used to make as a kid camping, but throw them on the grill or brown the hamburger with onion and throw it in a roasting pan covered in tinfoil at 400 for 30 min.Throw in other vegetables--tomatoes, zucchini, corn. Add fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme or possibly add cheese. The possibilities are endless. Ingredients

1.5 lbs. of hamburger
6 small packets of baby carrots (or peel and cut 6 servings of carrots)
3 c. of peeled and cubed potatoes
1/2 medium onion, diced
salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Divide hamburger into 6 parts equally (1/4 lb./tinfoil) between 6 squares of tinfoil. Add 1/2 c. potatoes and 1 packet of baby carrots per tinfoil square. Sprinkle on onions dividing them evenly as well. Salt and pepper to taste. Fold and seal up food inside the tinfoil. Double foil. Place on heated grill on medium setting for approximately 30 minutes or until potatoes and carrots are tender and hamburger is no longer pink.
