1 Tbsp Butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 packed teaspoon brown sugar
1/4 cup Flax Seed meal
Tips
I do not use artificial sweeteners but if you can use them, the carbs can be further cut by using an artificial sweetener instead of the brown sugar. Also, the cinnamon can be left out and replaced with unsweetened cocoa powder for a great chocolate muffin. I experiment and make new flavors all the time it is a very forgiving recipe.
