Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 C Oatmeal (plain)
    1 C Flour, white
    .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1 Tbsp Promise, Original Margarine, stick
    .25 C Brown Sugar, packed
    2 tsp Splenda
.13 C Cranberries, dried, sweetened (like a handful)
    .13 C Raisins (like a handful)
    .25 tsp Salt (optional)

Tips

I add 2 Tablespoons of this granola to a chopped apple and microwave it for 1 minute. This is a great breakfast or snack, and smells amazing while I'm waiting for it to warm up in the morning. Adding walnuts or other nuts to it would complete this with a protein!

Directions

Mix the ingredients together in a bowl. Spread it in an 8x8 pan and bake for 35 minutes at 350. Some of the granola will stick together like a granola bar, but it all crumbles nicely.
