Using fresh plum tomatoes Using fresh plum tomatoes
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    6 plum tomatoes
    1 onion
    mushroom slices to taste
    3 cloves garlic or more to taste
    tbs. olive oil

Directions

Saute the garlic and onion in olive oil. Add mushrooms and sauté for a few minutes. Add diced tomatoes and cook until all ingredients are soft and blended.

Serving Size:  3 half cup servings
