Hickory Flavored Turkey Burgers

Introduction

Grilled turkey burgers with a unique seasoning. Grilled turkey burgers with a unique seasoning.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb lean 93% ground turkey
    1 dash salt
    1 tsp liquid hickory flavored sauce
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp parsley
    1 tsp paprika
    1 tsp cumin powder
    4 tbsp liquid egg substitute

Directions

Thaw turkey, mix in egg substitute, add spices and hickory seasoning.
Form into patties, and grill over hot coals, or indoor grill.

  • They are delicious and scrumptious, add chop onion and some grind black pepper. This is also very good done in the Nu-wave oven. When it is too cold outside try making it on the meatloaf pan and bake it in the oven. - 9/18/11

  • Great recipe--very tasty! I added grated carrots for a little extra; could also use grated zucchini. I'm going to try this with low-sodium soy sauce, barbeque sauce, pizza sauce, taco sauce or nutmeg and feta instead of the hickory flavor, too. My family loves a variety of cuisines. - 12/2/10
