IntroductionI got this from FoodWishes.com and have made a few adjustments over time. I use breast meat instead of wings (increase chicken to 5lbs if wings) and increased the amount of flour. The flour is totally optional. Don't batter the chicken for a lower cal/carb option.
Bake for 30 minutes, then flip chicken. Bake again for 30 minutes if using wings. If using breast meat, bake for 15 minutes, flip, then bake another 15 minutes.
Mix all ingredients in bowl.
Heat mixture at medium-high heat, bring to simure and boil for roughly 5 minutes. Set aside.
Add wings to bowl, then add sauce and coat. Let sit for 5 minutes, then add a little more sauce.
