    4.5 oz. low-sodium tuna, rinsed and drained
    1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
    1/4 c. sweet, crisp apple, finely chopped
    2 tbsp. olive-oil mayonnaise
    fresh ground pepper

Tips

For a little more sweetness, add some raisins or currants.
