Nana's Quick Lasagna

Introduction

Ingredients

    Brown burger in deep skillet sprinkle very small amt of Lawrys seasoning (optional) add onions simmer. Add 4 peeled rough chopped tomatoes and 1 24 oz jar of Ragu and 2oz of water ( I put water in Ragu jar and shake) stir cook til begins to boil spray bottom of 13x9 casserole with olive oil. Mix Cottage cheese, egg, and other cheeses together. place small amt of sauce mix in bottom of casserole. place 3 noodles in bottom place even amounts. of cottage cheese mixture on noodles ( approx 3-4 tbsp.) top with sauce repeat layers until mixtures are done. Spray foil with olive oil place over lasagna.

Tips

may be served with salad I usually like lettuce wedges


Directions

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 50 minutes. I then remove foil turn off oven sprinkle small amt ( .5 cup) of Parmesan cheese over top place back in closed oven for 10 minutes then remove and serve
