Introduction

I didn't really measure much of each of the veggies, so I estimated the measurements. I didn't really measure much of each of the veggies, so I estimated the measurements.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Cauliflower, frozen, cooked, 1 cup (1" pieces)
    Parsley, dried, 2 tbsp
    *1 tsp garlic salt,
    Peas, frozen, 2 cup
    Mushrooms, cooked, 1 cup pieces
    *Basil - 3 tsp
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp
    *Ronzoni, Healthy Harvest Spaghetti or Linguine (half package)

Tips

You can add more basil, parsley, and garlic for more flavor. You can add Parmesan cheese and chicken.


Directions

Cook pasta as directed on package. Mix or blend parsley, basil, garlic together. Then add all ingredients to bowl and stir until the pesto is covering all pasta evenly.

Serving Size: Should make about 8 1.5 cup servings
