tomato soup meat loaf

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground chuck
    2 slices whole grain bread into very small pieces
    1 med onion diced
    1 large egg
    mix chuck,- bread-onions add egg
    mix together and form into a ball
    put into 8x8 pan form into and oblong pour tomato soup over all( i use a spatula or knife as I cover my meatloaf with tomato soup)
    I also sometimes take a third of the ball and make the rest into a loaf and I will make an indention and add cheese then put the third over the top and making sure that I pinch the tops and sided together so the cheese can't sneak out. I then cover it with the tomato soup
    bake at 350 and hour or until the juices run clear.

this makes approximately 8 slices.
