Green Tropical Power Smoothie

Introduction

Great for breakfast- fills you up and keeps you feeling full all morning. Great for breakfast- fills you up and keeps you feeling full all morning.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Med Frozen Banana
    1 Large Orange
    1 Cup Raw Spinach
    1/2 Cup Raw Kale
    1/2 Cup Pinapple
    1/2 Unsweetened Hemp Milk
    1 Tbls Hawaiin Spirulina Powder

Tips

You can add some additional ice while blending if you want more of a milkshake consistancy


Directions

Add all ingredience in a blender- pulse until mixed- then blend on "smoothie" or highest speed until smooth and creamy. Pour in a large glass and enjoy!
