12 ounces whole-wheat spaghetti
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/8-1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
5 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto
2 red peppers, roasted in the oven and cut into thin strips
2-3 cups swiss chard, chopped
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add garlic and crushed red pepper; cook, stirring 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Add prosciutto and cook, stirring often, until lightly browned, 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Stir in roasted peppers and swiss chard; increase heat to medium-high. Cook, stirring often, until the chard is wilted, 3 to 4 minutes.
5. Drain the spaghetti and place in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss.
