Lazy Pasta

Ingredients

    Box Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa
    Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano
    1 Summer Squash, 2 cup, sliced
    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 5.5 oz
    Green Beans Chopped, 1 cup
    Water, 4 Cups

Directions

Throw all ingredients besides cheese in pot, bring to boil and let simmer till pasta is cooked. Stir in cheese. Voila!
Add salt, pepper and fresh herbs to taste.
