1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tbsp Smart Balance Light buttery spread 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs 1/4 cup parmesan grated cheese 1 tbsps or 2 cloves of crushed garlic 30 medium size fresh mushrooms
Wash mushrooms and remove stems carefully. Chop up stems in a chopper or food processor. Saute garlic in olive oil and Smart Balance over low heat for a couple of minutes. Add in chopped mushrooms and saute for another 5 minutes. Add in bread crumbs and parmesan cheese to mixture. Remove from stove and spoon mixture into each mushroom cap. Place on cookie sheet. Bake on 350 for 30 minutes. 6 mushrooms equals one serving.
