Introduction

Quick and easy ground turkey chili that I serve over rice (for familly) over veggies for myself. Quick and easy ground turkey chili that I serve over rice (for familly) over veggies for myself.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground turkey
    1 envelope Old El Paso chili seasoning
    1 jar salsa, medium
    1/2 cup frozen corn kernels
    2 cups water
    2 cans (drained) kidney beans

Directions

Brown the meat. Add drained beans, corn, chili seasoning, salsa and water. Mix together. Simmer 20 minutes...without cover for a stew consistency.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1 cup servings
