Introduction

All the flavors of Fall are found in this bountiful bowl full! Let the apple picking begin! All the flavors of Fall are found in this bountiful bowl full! Let the apple picking begin!

Ingredients

    1/2 Cup dry Old Fashioned Oats
    1 Cup Water
    dash salt (Optional)
    1/2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
    50 Grams chopped apple
    50 Grams chopped nectarine
    20 grams shelled walnuts
    1/4 tsp cinnamon (to taste)

Directions

Place the oats in a microwave safe dish. Add water and microwave on high for 3 minutes. While Oats are cooking chop and weigh your apples, nectarines, and walnuts. Once oats are ready, stir in the maple syrup and cinnamon...top with fruit and nuts and you are ready to go!
