Introduction

This is the easiest meal and it is so delicious. Keep 4 oz bags of raw chicken in the freezer to make this a quick and delicious pick me up during the day. Ingredients

    Chicken Breast- Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 4 oz
    Fresh Salsa, 6 Tablespoons
    Bush's Reduced Sodium Kidney Beans, 0.5 cup
    Yogurt, Chobani, Plain non-fat Greek yogurt 2 oz
    Ground Red Pepper, .5 tsp

Directions

Cut chicken into 1 oz pieces. Use cooking spray and saute chicken with ground red pepper until cooked through. Grab a small bowl and add kidney beans, chicken, and salsa. Add the yogurt to the top, eat and enjoy it!
